Contact usHow long does migrating our current system take?
Two weeks in standard mode: tenant setup (day 1–2), data import from CSV or SQL (week 1), training and go-live (week 2). For multi-campus groups, plan one extra week per additional campus.
What happens during power or connectivity outages?
The mobile app keeps working offline for courses, lessons and PDFs already downloaded. Assignment submissions queue locally and ship automatically when the network is back. Leadership can consult dashboards from local cache.
Does our data stay on home soil?
Yes. Default hosting is on GDPR-compliant European servers, with local hosting available on request, depending on your jurisdiction. Full exports are available at any time, no strings attached.
How does Amigo work in practice?
Amigo has read access to your institution's data (courses, grades, attendance, invoices) according to the connected user's rights. It never issues an official grade, payment or evaluation; it helps understand, suggest and prepare. Configurable per tenant, can be turned off.
Can we keep our brand and colors?
Yes. Logo, primary colors, typefaces, academic calendar, diploma mentions, official signatures: everything is configurable per institution. Transcripts and certificates picked up your visual identity.
What's the pricing model?
Pricing is per enrolled student, with volume discounts. No hidden cost on the server side, AI, online payments or storage. Monthly billing for the start, annual commitment from year two. No per-module licensing — everything is included.
